Confidentiality: We treat all client business data, intellectual property, logins, and operational procedures as strictly confidential under non-disclosure obligations.

3. Payment Terms & Billing
Services are billed according to agreed pricing plans, hourly retainers, or custom project quotes.
Payments must be made prior to project initiation or as specified in invoices.
All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
Client Ownership: Upon full payment of all fees, all custom work products, deliverables, graphics, written content, and code created specifically for the Client shall belong exclusively to the Client.

5. AI Technology & Work Quality Disclaimer
We integrate cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to maximize task velocity and operational precision. While all AI-assisted outputs undergo human oversight and quality verification, Clients are encouraged to review final deliverables. Core Administrative is not responsible for business decisions made based on delivered reports or automated data.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Core Administrative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, revenue, or business continuity) arising from service delays, third-party platform downtime, or client operational choices.

7. Service Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing written notice (as specified in individual contract terms). Upon termination, the Client remains responsible for paying all outstanding fees for work completed prior to termination.
